Deribit is updating its fee schedule for linear daily options. The change takes effect on Thursday, 5 November 2026 at 12:00 UTC and is currently scheduled to remain in effect through 31 January 2027.

What’s changing

Maker fees for eligible USDC-settled linear options will be set to 0 bps across all fee tiers, including non-VIP clients:

  • Eligible Users: All Deribit traders

  • Eligible Contracts: Linear Options contracts (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, HYPE, AVAX and TRX) that do not expire on a Friday.

What remains unchanged

  • Taker fees are unchanged by this update.

  • Inverse-margined options are not affected.

  • Fees on Friday-expiry linear options (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
