Deribit is introducing lower taker fees for traders in VIP4 through VIP7. The new rates take effect on Monday, 19 October 2026, at 12:00 PM UTC.
What is changing?
Taker fees for VIP4 through VIP7 will decrease:

| VIP7 | 1.70 bps | 1.40 bps | 0.30 bps |
Basis points are abbreviated as bps. Negative maker fees represent maker rebates, subject to the applicable Deribit fee schedule and terms.
What this means for traders
Eligible perpetuals and futures will receive the taker fee reductions for VIP4 through VIP7 from the effective date.
No action is required. The new rates will apply automatically and will be visible in your Deribit account from 19 October 2026.
