Should existing clients be interested in this offering, it is important to note that in this set-up, your direct relationship with Deribit ceases, and you become a fully onboarded client with FalconX while accessing the same trading features offered by Deribit.

When using FalconX Prime Connect, you become FalconX`s client. You will have to onboard with FalconX, complete KYC requirements and start with a new account, you cannot transfer your open positions.

Your direct relationship with Deribit will cease and FalconX`s Terms of Service will be applicable to you. Deribit maintains its Terms of Service towards FalconX.

The assets the client has pledged to Falcon Labs are kept segregated by FalconX Limited for the benefit of both Falcon Labs and Deribit. This arrangement ensures that in the unlikely event of Falcon Labs defaults, the pledged assets will not be part of Falcon Labs’ bankruptcy estate, as they are already segregated and pledged.

Assets are held at FalconX Limited, a regulated, Malta based custodian, in an omnibus structure. Assets are segregated by ledgers in the books and records.

As required by the MFSA regulation, the assets held in custody are segregated from FalconX’s assets and FalconX’s other clients’ assets. In the event of FalconX Limited’s bankruptcy, FalconX Custody or any administrator or receiver or other officer appointed to represent it by any court, shall on demand of any client, immediately transfer the control, possession and title to all assets as per instructed by the client.

FalconX Limited is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to provide custodian and nominee services under registration code C 88950.

This arrangement is available only to institutional traders.
