We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-David (JD) Péquignot as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Deribit, effective immediately. In this role, JD will oversee our global sales and marketing strategies, which will contribute significantly to our growth and market presence.
JD brings over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including 3.5 years at OSL, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s objectives. His career also includes senior positions at prominent institutions such as Barclays, Westpac, and Deutsche Bank. His extensive background in both traditional finance (TradFi) and the crypto institutional landscape positions him uniquely to drive Deribit’s strategic initiatives forward.
